After assessing your water damage we will advise you as to whether or not the carpet can be
saved and what measures need to be taken from that point forward to restore your property to it’s pre-loss condition.

Upon authorisation to proceed, we inspecting the water damaged area and make sure it is safe, before extracting the floodwater. Moisture reading equipment is used to detect any unseen moisture in the subfloor that may have migrated to other areas of the property.

After we have extracted as much excess water as we possibly can, we will then install the necessary drying equipment to get your property dry.

Once dry, your carpet will be refitted, cleaned and your home will be back to normal.
